WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our payments are processed through PayU and PayPal. We accept credit card payments as well as debit card payments through PSE or Baloto.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE PIECES MADE OF?

Most of our products are made of 24kt gold or silver plated bronze. However, some of our pieces are gold-filled or made of 925 silver. To learn what material a specific piece is made of, we invite you to read the product’s description.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE COLOMBIA?

We do ship outside of Colombia. Depending on your location, shipping rates vary. At checkout, you will be able to review the rate that applies to you. Once you make the purchase, we will send you your tracking number.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

To check your order status go to www.fedex.com and click on “Track a Shipment” and enter the tracking number we sent to your email. If you have any problems tracking it, send us an email to sales@danielasalcedo.com and we will help you check your order status.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

You can return or exchange new and unused products in perfect conditions within 15 days of your purchase. You must have your receipt. Refunds are processed by PayU the same way as the original payment. Markdown products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.s.
